- Matchmaking fee: $3,500 (paid when your EA starts).
- Onboarding fee: $3,500 (paid on day 90).

Here, you’ll directly hire an EA handpicked for your needs. If things don’t click within the first 90 days, you won’t be charged the onboarding fee.
