How do you vet your talent?

Our recruiting is optimized were we try to screen for people who regularly operates at a level 4 at our Contributor Growth Curve.

  • Deep screening for soft skills like systems-thinking, high agency, and proactivity
  • Paid trial task that helps get us sense of how they perform in reality
  • Alignment checks for time zone, work style, and English proficiency

Only the top ~1% of applicants make it through. We then tailor our shortlist based on what you care about most.

What if it’s not a good match?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and if it’s not the right fit, we’ll rematch you quickly. If your needs shift later on, we offer one free replacement within the first year. We want to make sure both parties are set up for success, not lock you into the wrong setup.

Do you offer support after me and the assistant start working together?

Of course! We still keep a high touch point with you and your Assistant even after we’ve placed them to make sure that they’re performing well, delivering, and and to tailor the experience as best as we can to fit you. If things ever feel off track, we intervene early to make sure it’s working for both sides.

How do you handle PTO and days off?

In our contracts, each assistant has up to 12 days of paid-time off for illness, emergencies, and more per calendar year.

As for holidays, it’s ultimately your call for what works best for your rhythm. Some clients align to U.S. holidays and some to Philippine holidays — we typically default to what you and the Assistant agree on.

What security, privacy, and liability measures do you have in place?

All our Assistants sign NDAs prior to deployment. We also use a mobile device management (MDM) system and VPN tooling installed on every assistant’s device, giving us control over things like password strength, remote-wipe, encryption, and endpoint monitoring. We’ll also help you implement tool access best practices (e.g. 1Password, GSuite roles) to keep everything tight.

For liability, we are a registered US entity (Delaware C-Corp). Our Philippines-based assistants are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines which allows us to hold assistants accountable for data breaches.
